Refund Policy

Thank you for trusting Valuelogistics to manage your truck routes. We are dedicated to ensuring maximum profitability for your fleet. Due to the high investment of manual dispatching hours, we enforce a strict but fair refund matrix.

1. Dispatching Labor Commitments

Monthly subscriptions and upfront lane commitments entail immediate background labor including calling brokers, optimizing routing maps, and completing onboarding packets. Because this represents non-recoverable operational labor cost, we generally do not offer full refunds once your assigned dispatcher has begun acquiring ratcons on your behalf.

2. Valid Refund Scenarios

Exceptions will exclusively be administered automatically under the following conditions:

  • If our dispatchers fail to locate or book any freight matching your specified hard-limit lane requirements within the first 14 days of active service.
  • If a technical malfunction directly initiates an accidental duplicate stripe charge, a reversal will be instantly credited.

3. Cancellation Notices

You inherently control your freight destiny. You may cancel your auto-renewing dispatch service package utilizing the billing portal directly. Alternatively, you may submit a formal cancellation declaration via email to [email protected]. Notice must be achieved 72 hours before the current cycle expiration to deter the following automated charge. Active ratcons currently in transit must be finalized.

4. Refund Processing Window

If a refund request meets our criteria and is authorized by our logistics board, the balance is systematically refunded strictly to the originating financial method. Standard ACH protocol mandates 5-10 business days for the credit ledger to actualize in your bank account.
